Healthy Living II: The Power of Mental Calisthenics
When we think about healthy living most of us immediately think about: exercise, food choices, and getting adequate rest. Rarely do we think about the role our mental health has in the healthy living equation! Instead we think about our mental well-being separate from our physical well-being. Yet mental/emotional stress, as an example, has clearly negative effects on us physically. So when our emotional/mental fitness and physical fitness go hand-in-hand, why not get them both in order? That’s what this program is all about… balancing our physical and mental well-being to create a complete and healthy life.
