Clay Nelson is not new to the coaching and motivational bandwagon, he is the wagon! For more than two decades, Clay has been providing leadership, accountability, and motivation to leaders and their teams all across the nation.

A successful entrepreneur and great lover and observer of life, Clay’s “on-the-job” business and life experiences, along with his savvy people skills, provide him with the ability to relate to – and help others work through – the varied work-life issues that we all deal with each and every day. He founded Clay Nelson Life Balance™, a division of Consulting Services Network LLC, to provide businesses and individuals with what may be missing in their lives: purpose, personal and business planning, team, fun, effective delegation, and accountability.
