After 30 years of corporate leadership, Clay knows the key elements that make a business successful, and for more than two decades, Clay has been providing those in the contracting and construction industries business and professional coaching, mediation, facilitation, planning, system analyses and seminar leadership. He founded Clay Nelson Life Balance™ a division of Consulting Services Network LLC, to provide businesses and individuals with what may be missing in their lives: purpose, personal and business planning, fun, effective delegation through team management, and accountability.
